These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Roseiies (“Roseiies”, “we”, “our”) that governs your access to and use of the Roseiies website at roseiies.com, the Studio app, the public viewer surfaces a workplace may choose to publish, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). Roseiies is a modular operations platform — gardens, kitchens, cellars, dining rooms, cafés, rooms — that share one workspace. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (a workplace), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Roseiies is organized around workplaces. Each workplace chooses which of our apps to enable (Garden, Kitchen, Wine, Property Map, Schedules, Inventory, etc.) and structures its team in three role tiers:
If you join a workplace as a member, you understand that the workplace owner controls the data in that workplace and may grant or revoke your access at any time.
While using the Service, you agree not to:
If your workplace uses HR-related apps (Schedules, Attendance, Payroll, Time-off, Performance, Training), the workplace owner is responsible for ensuring the use of that data complies with local employment and privacy laws — including obtaining any consents required from the team members it covers.
The Service is in active development. Parts of it — for example certain apps, AI features, and integration surfaces — may be in beta or early access. Olivea is the founding beta workplace; we’re onboarding additional workplaces gradually.
Beta features are provided as-is, may change without notice, and may have bugs. We’ll do our best to keep the Service running reliably, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. If a change materially reduces functionality you depend on, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.
Workplace owners can choose to publish certain workspace surfaces publicly — for example a live garden viewer at /r/{workplace}/{slug}/live or a snapshot at /view/{viewId} — and to allow third-party sites to embed those surfaces. If you publish a surface, you understand that the data it shows becomes accessible at the URL you share and may be loaded by anyone with that URL. Don’t publish anything you don’t want public.
Roseiies includes an AI assistant we call eiie. Inside Studio, eiie reads from your workplace’s data — scoped to whatever your role can already see — and answers questions, summarizes events, and surfaces tasks. Prompts and the relevant context are sent to a third-party AI provider under contract to generate the response. We do not use one workplace’s data to train models that serve other workplaces. AI output can be wrong; treat it as a starting point and verify before acting on it.
Anything you put into the Service — operational data (plantings, prep events, cellar inventory, tasks, schedules), uploaded files (workspace logos, documents), text, and configurations — remains yours. By uploading it, you grant Roseiies a limited license to host, process, and display that content strictly to provide the Service to you, your workplace, and (if you choose to publish it) the public URLs your workplace designates.
You’re responsible for your content. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t upload sensitive personal information categories that the Service isn’t designed to handle (medical records, government IDs, payment card numbers, etc.).
Roseiies, the Roseiies brand, the Studio app, and the design system that powers them are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms don’t grant you any right in our trademarks or branding. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices.
During the early-access phase, parts of the Service may be free or priced as displayed on the relevant pricing page. If we introduce paid plans for features you use, we’ll notify you and give you the chance to choose a plan or stop using those features before any charges apply. Taxes are your responsibility unless we’re required by law to collect them.
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@roseiies.com; we’ll process the request within a reasonable time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use puts the Service or other users at risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Where we can, we’ll give you notice and a chance to export your data.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or preserved indefinitely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roseiies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to defend and indemnify Roseiies against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If we make a material change, we’ll notify account holders by email or via Studio. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roseiies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We’ll always try to resolve disputes informally first — if you have an issue, please contact us at hello@roseiies.com before taking formal action.
