Olivea is my family's hospitality property — a working garden, a kitchen, a dining room, a café, and a small hotel, all on the same land. I'm the CEO. I walk the floor, keep the books, run the team, hold the calendar. I know the difference between a system that works in theory and one that survives a Saturday night.

Like most operators, I tried every tool I could find. Restaurant POSes that ignore the garden. Garden trackers that ignore the kitchen. Hotel PMSes that ignore the team. Five subscriptions, four logins, three reports that never agree. The numbers everyone needs lived in three different places — and the people running each room were the ones holding it together by hand.

Roseiies is the system I needed. One workspace. One source of truth. The garden, the kitchen, the dining room, and the rooms — finally connected. I'm building it with Olivea, not for Olivea. Every screen, every decision, every shortcut has been tested by people running a real shift, in a real property, with real consequences if it goes wrong.
